I had a wonderful weekend visiting with my family during our 33rd annual family reunion. With the help of two of my family members, I had the pleasure of being the host of this years reunion.
Now I have a dilemma! Meal planning and prepping is one of the most effective tools I utilize and teach my client to keep on track with healthy eating. But because of my busy weekend I was not able to meal plan nor meal prep.
So what's a girl to do? I put together a basic meal plan for breakfast, lunch and dinner, utilizing the foods that I already had and some healthy already prepared protein choices and created a on the fly great menu for the week.
