Session #4 Vegetables should be the largest portion of food on our plate. We grew up with our mother telling us to eat our vegetables because they were good for us. She was absolutely right! They are packed with vitamins, minerals and that all important digestive aid, fiber. Our goal should be 6-8 servings of vegetables per day. What is a serving size?
