My Home Office Challenge
With the Covid19 pandemic looming over our days, some of use have been blessed to have the option to work from home. it’s not a struggle for me to work at home and to stay on task. My struggle is to refrain from mindless snacking! I curb this desire by drinking more water. I also have made sure that I don’t have unhealthy snack options in my home so I am not tempted. My go is to remain disciplined keep my eating schedule as if I was in the office, including snacking. Later I will share with you my healthy snack options if I get hungry. Stay tuned!
